About me
Lisa Huffman has been teaching ESL at a high school in WCPSS for 30 years. She is a National Board Certified Teacher and is also an accessor for NBPTS. She was a trainer for many years with the North Carolina Teacher Academy. She trained teachers to develop strategies to help English Language Learners. For the past 8 years, she has co-taught (with math teachers) sheltered math classes (Math 2, Math 1 and Introduction to Math) for Multilingual Learners.
