Transform math teaching and learning across your school by creating a common language and aligned expectations through The Math Pact. This session, designed for middle and high school educators and leaders, explores key takeaways from the book and how to implement its principles at three levels: the micro level (classroom routines and teacher moves), the meso level (collaborative planning in PLCs), and the macro level (department-wide coherence and support structures). Participants will leave with practical strategies to promote vertical alignment, reduce confusion for students, and build collective teacher efficacy—paving the way for consistent, equitable math instruction.
