Performance assessments can be an invaluable tool for gauging whether our students truly understand the standards. They provide us with a means of measuring whether students can apply what they have learned in novel and authentic ways. This session will dive into how to implement and score performance assessments. Participants will leave with an understanding of performance assessments, experience collaboratively scoring them, and receive a handful of practical resources they can use in their classroom.
