Supporting early-career educators is essential to building strong school communities.
In this interactive session, participants will explore strategies for helping new teachers establish a clear vision for high-quality instruction and co-create classroom norms that reflect shared values with students. We’ll address common challenges faced in the first few years—from behavior management to fostering student engagement—and practice practical approaches for navigating them with confidence.
Special attention will be given to engaging families as partners in fostering a positive, inclusive classroom culture. Ideal for mentors, coaches, and new teachers, this session offers actionable tools and a collaborative space for reflection and growth.
